HOW CAN WE WORK TOGETHER?

We have created a simple, seamless process for you to refer your clients.

We provide digital forms to allow you to submit information to our office for quicker processing. We aim to use technology to make the job more efficient for everyone.

Don’t let insurance jobs slow you down. Insurance companies have determined that they can tell you how to do your job, what they will pay for with their “guidelines”, and many just ignore you and hope you go away. They are legally obligated to communicate with us, hence we can’t be ignored.

Step #1:

Send over your potential client's contact information after you make the referal.

This connects you both to our CRM for instant claim updates.

Sumbit Client Info

Our contractor referral form was created to ensure we gather contact information and claim details from the start. It will automatically send it to us once you have completed it, and we can then reach out to your referral to see if we are able to aid them in their claims process.

The form is located at the end of this page.

Step #2:

The quicker you submit us the information requested, the quicker you start the job.

Our focus is on Efficiency using Technology

Complete Inspection Report

This form was created to be very user friendly and ensure we gather proper information and documentation from the start. It will automatically send it to us once you have completed it. By completing this form, it greatly improves the handling of the claim. This form ensures that no areas are missed and prevents you from unnecessary trips to the clients home. Time=Money

Step #3:

Photo documentation plays a huge role in the claims process.

Remember, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Congrats, your job just got way easier.  We can take it from here. Virtual Claim Advocates does request the contractor be present for the adjuster meeting. If unable to do so, we must know ahead of time.
